Payment (after-sales services / subcontracting) & project tracking
● All technical services are to be paid up front in the amount seen on the
proposals
page as it relates to your topic of purchase.
● Services will start within 72 hours after the purchase has been received by us, with the exception of French bank holidays, weekends and hours that are outside of working hours.
● No refunds will be made after purchase.
● All technical service requests must be added by you to the Backlog section of the Asana workspace created for you by us.
● All technical work stops after one hour of work has passed by us.
● Milestones will be stored in the Halted section of the Asana workspace created for you by us if your request has not been completed within one hour of work.
● Additional hours can be purchased via PayPal in the amount seen on the
proposals
page as it relates to your topic of purchase.
● Once the request has been completed by us, milestones will be stored in the Verified by GreenLeyf section of the Asana workspace created for you by us.
● You are required to move your requests to the Verified by {your_business_name} section of the Asana workspace created for you by us once the request has been verified by you.
